The Finger Lakes The Finger Lakes can provide some of the best diver duck hunting in the East, with opportunities at birds like redheads, bluebills, goldeneyes, and the occasional canvasback, while also giving us shots at mallards and black ducks depending on conditions and migration timing.Lake Ontario Lake Ontario offers a completely different experience and is, at times, world-class sea duck hunting, giving hunters the chance to pursue birds like old squaws and scoters in big water settings that feel more like a true expedition than a typical duck hunt.Puddle Duck Opportunities When conditions line up just right, we may also find ourselves set up on a mallard or puddle duck shoot where the action can be nothing short of unbelievable, with groups in the hundreds pouring into the right feed or hole.

How We Hunt

We don’t lock ourselves into one style of hunting unless there’s a specific species you want to target.Instead, we stay mobile, scout hard, and hunt wherever the birds are giving us the best chance at an unforgettable show.Depending on the day, your hunt may take place from a well-equipped open-water boat with USCG-certified captains, one of our private lease blinds, a heated blind setup when weather calls for it, a live duck feed, or a carefully scouted puddle duck hole.

Our hunts are built to be a complete premium experience, whether that means grinding through rough weather for divers, chasing sea ducks on big water, or watching waves of puddle ducks finish feet-down into the spread.For hunts with lodging Hunters will receive 3 meals per day which includes:Coffee before we leave and breakfast to go (generally our famous breakfast burritos or something similar)
Lunch to go, In the Blind or back at the Lodge depending on how the day goes and how long we decide to hunt for.A top of the line dinner curated by our chef with some insight from you and your group. Some previous options have been Yellowfin Tuna, Steaks, Salmon Fillets and moreHunts typically run all day, until we hit a limit or you decide to call it and head in.Each hunt includes breakfast and coffee, with  bird cleaning services available for hunts with lodging.
